Delivery & collection
Getting your gift to you
Every order is made to order in Guernsey. Collection details and any delivery charges are confirmed with you once your order is arranged, so you always know exactly what to expect before anything is made.
Collection in Guernsey
Collection is free. The full collection address and a time to suit are provided once your order has been confirmed. If you'd like to arrange collection on someone's behalf, just let us know when you order.
Delivery
If you're local to Jen in Guernsey, collection is free — we'll arrange a time that suits you. If you're not local, delivery is £4.99 per order, wherever you are in the island. Postage is charged once per order, not per item.
Production time
Production time varies by product and time of year. Rather than promise a fixed number of days, the timing is confirmed with you when you order — especially important around Christmas. If you need something by a particular date, message first and we'll check.
A note for the owner
This page is ready for your final collection address, delivery regions and charges, and turnaround times. Send them through and they'll be added here and at checkout. Until then, the site does not promise free delivery, worldwide shipping or fixed turnaround times.
