Orders
All items are made to order. When you place an order you confirm that the names, messages and images you've given us are correct, and that you have the right to use any photo or artwork you upload. We produce exactly what you send us.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
Design proofs
You can ask to see a proof of your design before printing. Once you've approved a proof, the design will be printed as shown. Previews on the website are illustrative — placement and colour may vary slightly.
Collection and delivery
Collection details are confirmed once your order is arranged. Delivery options and timing are confirmed with you when you order. More about delivery.
Personalised items
Because personalised items are made especially for you, they can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind. If something is faulty or different from what was agreed, get in touch and we'll put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected. See returns.
