Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Jen's Custom Creations collects, why, and how it is looked after.

Who we are

Jen's Custom Creations is a personalised gifts business based in Guernsey, Channel Islands. You can contact us at jenscustomcreations087@gmail.com or on +44 7781 440965.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you order or enquire.
A delivery address when an order is being delivered.
The personalisation details and files you send us — names, messages, photos and artwork.
Order details: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.

Why we use it

We use your details to make and send your order, reply to your enquiry, and keep records of sales. Payment card details are handled by Stripe on their secure payment page — we do not see or store your card number. Orders are confirmed by Stripe's verified payment events.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the shop: Stripe for payments, our website and form provider for hosting and enquiries, and any delivery service used for your order. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet our obligations, including dealing with any questions about an order. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Cookies

This website uses essential cookies needed for the basket and secure checkout. If optional analytics or advertising cookies are added in future, a consent mechanism will be used first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll help. If you're not happy with our response, you can raise it with the relevant data protection authority.

For the owner: this policy covers the storefront as built. Please review it, add your business details and retention periods, and keep it updated when you add services such as analytics or extra delivery partners.
